TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION

Our product development team uses innovative ideas and practices different novel technologies for the development of better product outcome.

  • For the Oral drug delivery, our technologies concentrates on increasing thebioavailability of the drug, targeted, controlled and sustained release of the drugs that are being incorporated in our nutraceutical products. We mainly focus on the Bioavailability and Stability enhancements.
  • Bioavailability enhancement Our technology uses a combination of granulation, extrusion and spheronization, using natural bio-availability enhancers which increases the percentage of absorption of extracts in the body. Bioavailability enhancement strategies include nano-delivery system, absorption enhancers and excipients food. Nanoparticle based formulation deliver to specific tissue and provide controlled release therapy and sustained release therapy to decrease the toxicity and increase patient compliance with less frequent dosing.
  • Stability enhancement Stability enhancement of the products is achieved by improving the solubility, an important parameter for a stable product. Solubility improving method depends on the property of the drug, site of absorption, and required dosage form characteristics. This is executed by employing different techniques like nanoemulsion, microemulsion, high pressure homogenization and many other similar methods.
Permeation enhancement:- Permeation enhancement, better release profile and site specific delivery in cosmeceutical products is achieved by incorporating different transdermal delivery techniques. The different technology includes particle size reduction, cosolvency, dispersion of the drug using a carrier. Some novel approaches like delivery by liposomes, niosomes and microemulsion, nanoemulsions, Solid Lipid Nanoparticles are also used in our formulations.
