1) How long will it take for my order to reach me?
The product will be dispatched within the next 24-48 working hours of placing your order, as we maintain an inventory of all products we sell on our website. We aspire to get your product delivered at your doorstep within 6-8 days but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer.
2) How to track my order?
Once the order is processed from our end and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding the details carrying your tracking number and the link to track your order. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can log in to the “My Account” section of the website to view your order details.
3) What are the shipping charges?
There will be an additional charge of Rs.100 as shipping charges for order values under Rs.1500. This amount will be charged to your total bill at the time of placing order.
4) Do you ship to international locations?
Currently the products listed on our website are only delivered within India.
6) How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
i) Credit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
ii)Debit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
7) Why is COD not available to me?
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
